TRANSFORMED POLICE DEPARTMENT
Over two terms as Mayor of Narberth, I led a top-to-bottom transformation of the police department including strengthening performance, restoring trust, and sharpening the mission to better serve the community. I drove an evidence-based overhaul of policies, leadership, and standards, professionalizing the department and refocusing it on accountable, community-centered policing.
LEADERSHIP DURING CRISIS
I led Narberth’s COVID-19 response, delivering the lowest per capita case rate in Montgomery County with 50% fewer cases than projected and zero fatalities. I made the hard decisions when it came to enforcing statewide public health mandates while keeping local businesses operating safely within guidelines, protecting both lives and livelihoods.
As a lifelong District 148 resident, business owner, community leader, and healthcare advocate, I am done with politics as usual.
